Really good service and beautiful gardens

The staff was friendly and helpful. They even mailed my coat back after i left it in my room (what a relief!). The gardens surrounding the hotel were good. I saw lots of wildlife present, this.
The floor tiles in the spa seemed a bit slippery. I would have preferred a more textured surface.

Our suite was well-organized, clean, and tidy. It had a dolce gusto coffee maker and complimentary tea, coffee, bottled water, and biscuits. I enjoyed having a separate lounge area. It made relaxing very comfortable.

I found the food and bar service very good. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). Dinner had plenty of options, and the bar was well-stocked, with a nice ambiance.

The spa was very clean and well maintained. Virginia gave me a fantastic massage. Our suite on the first floor overlooked the gardens. It had a beautiful view. The room was clean and tidy. It had everything we required.
The courtyard to the bedroom was very overgrown, badly lit, and slippery, I thought, with wet leaves on the floor.

The grounds offer well maintained landscaping. The scenery added a touch of serenity. I found the suite spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. I particularly enjoyed the Dolce Gusto coffee maker provided in the room. It allowed me to enjoy a fresh coffee each morning.

the staff were very friendly and helpful (even when i left my coat in the room at check out). they even posted it back to me, which i appreciated. the location is beautiful and the surroundings are lovely.
i found the evening meal service very slow. they even asked if i wanted to see the desert menu before i had my main course. the breakfast was also cold and had to be sent back.
